LG Refrigerator Repair
After three scheduled service appointments, our LG refrigerator is finally repaired. On the 1st service call on 10/18/23, the repair technician had to order parts. A follow-up appointment was scheduled on 11/1/23 but the repair technician called to cancel because his truck broke down. At the third appointment on 11/14/23, the repair technician was a "no show" without any notification. Apparently he had called in sick, but we were not notified. At the final appointment (4th) on 11/22/23 the repair technician arrived, parts were on hand, and the refrigerator was repaired. We are frustration with the lack of communication, coordination, and securing the necessary parts. We are experiencing similar problems with our Bosch Cooktop range. Parts are not available, and we have been unable to safely use our stove for over a month now. As a result of these experiences, we will not be renewing our Master Protection Plan next year.

Fidel is excellent pr for his company! Very considerate, apologized for being a few minutes off schedule (not worth mentioning, given the four-hour window Sears provided), asked good questions & listened to answers, explained the problem clearly & concisely with photos. Also explained why he could not completely fix the problem, what he could in fact do, & provided an estimate for the very expensive repair that might be needed if i wasn't satisfied with what he was able to do for the pretty old freezer. thank you so much for sending him.
