Very good experience. He explained everything to me in advance showed me before and after pictures and completely fix the problem. He gave me an opportunity to purchase service agreement. I used to have them I no longer want one.

No Built-in refrigerator service
Although I was asked several questions about the refrigerator type and problem in advance of the tech visit, I was never asked if it was a built in. Apparently they don't work on built-ins, but still charged me for the visit which didn't seem fair. Otherwise, super nice tech, helpful in telling me how we can repair it ourselves.
