Better late … work made up for frustrating experience
After 4 reschedules had a very nice experience with two capable young technicians. Fixing dishwasher. Knew what was wrong. Original installation was not well done so this was the reason for struggling with repair. They were transparent and made sure I was kept informed.

Matt did a good job but the settings knob doesn't include all available choices. We need to schedule another visit to repair that.

Automated Sheduling System is poor.
Tech scheduled for 10:00 - 2:00 arrival window on Monday. Received a robocall from Sears at 1:45 informing me tech would be on site Tuesday, the following day.... and then tech arrived at 2:30 Monday. Work was performed quickly and job well done.

Still Can't Believe the Outcome...
Problematic washing machine has had five service calls in the last year. Can't spin a load dry properly. Yes, the load is unbalanced but it's not because I don't know how to separate laundry. The machine is garbage and can't wash a normal load of laundry. So I'm then told the load isn't balanced because I can't wash a full set of bath towels at once... some complicated explanation about how it has to be x items of equal size in order to prevent out-of-balance issues. Never had this problem in decades of doing laundry with many different machines. Again, the machine doesn't work properly but I'm told it's because there's a very specific way I now have to sort, separate and wash...nobody has ever heard of this requirement. So I'm stuck with an unfixable machine because there's supposedly nothing wrong with it. SMH
