Appreciated arriving within the time frame, his evaluation of the issue, the education he offered, and the fact he cared about whether I was satisfied with the service. Wish I had met him before I bought the appliance he came to service! Did NOT appreciate Sears Home Service unilaterally and abruptly canceling my appointment last week, at the last minute, and without leaving any way for me to communicate with them. I had scheduled time off of work for the service appointment and it was disrespectful of my time/schedule.
