The technician is excellent however I'm really disappointed with Sears in their parts department knowing you guys canceled my pump and told me I didn't need it and you sent the technician out anyway, and the pump was the main objective that I needed it very satisfied

Christopher was very professional and did a phenomenal job. He answered my questions and even shared some of his knowledge on the parts that he was installing for my washer. He stayed to do a test run to make sure it was running smoothly and made the experience a pleasant one. If I could I would recommend him to others personally.
