Kris did a great job.
Kris replaced the drain pump oof our dishwasher and did a great job. This extended warranty plan really fixed it pretty fast. Give Kris a raise and a paid vacation please.

Carlos arrived just when he said he would to do repairs to both my kitchen refrigerator and my standing freezer. He's friendly, efficient and helpful in explaining the problems. When my ice maker parts arrive next week sometime, I'd be pleased to have him install them.
