Dishwasher Repair
Bryan arrived on time. He quickly set up and fault traced the problem. He attempted to locate the faulty component and provided an estimate for repair cost. However, the dishwasher was too old for a cost-effective repair. He offered Sears home equipment warranty for all of our kitchen appliances. He was very efficient, courteous and we were very pleased with his service.

Mark has been at my home numerous times to repair my washer and has always been professional, efficient, knowledgeable and exceeded my expectations in repairing the washer. Sadly this time the washer could no longer be repaired and explained how to file the insurance claim to have the washer replaced.

Original date was for Aug 25. The tech was given wrong address. Said no one was home with photo that was not service address. Rescheduled for Aug 28 and this time right address. Could have been done sooner if right address the first time.
