Courteous, knowledgeable and diligent
Enrique arrived promptly, and began to do the work efficiently. He know what he is doing and willing to share what he is doing to repair the product being serviced. Good ol' fashion customer service at his best. If there were more Enrique in the world, there would be less complaints companies have forgotten the customer. Enrique is the backbone of what Sears was built on, making moments matter. Reliability, dependability and honest hardworking techs like him, make me glad I paid for the warrant and would gladly pay it again.
