Jim is a professional technician with great customer service. I'm was glad he came to repair my refrigerator , he keeps you informed with what the issue is & what he is replacing. He has been one of the best technician that has came out to service my refrigerator.

Jose arrived on time and immediately started to "trouble shoot" the problem. Within 15-20 minutes he told me it was a faulty compressor and he'd see if he had one in his van. My lucky-day, he had one and told me that it would be a 2-hour job to R&R. Sure enough, 2-hours later the job was complete and he told me that in 24-hours we could put our food back in the freezer and refrigerator. Sure enough, this morning the fridge and freezer were back to normal! Jose should be commended for his professionalism. Job well done, Jose Thank you!!

It's finally done
The 2nd tech was a no show. You can't call and speak to anyone at Sears home services. Enrique was our original tech. He compote repair in good order 5 days after the repairs we're supposed to be completed
