Doesn't call with enough time 20 or 30 min before
The tech doesn't call to let us now he is on his way 20 or 30 min before. He call us 10min before and does not give us enough time to be there or open the gate. We are rushing or checking our phone constantly. This is very stressful and we don't what to miss the appointment. This time I use 3 people to be on the lookout for this tech to be able to make the appointment. For this reason I give him one star. As a tech. I think he is a very good technician. And if I call him back or text him he doesn't respond. He says his phone locks when he is driving. But it's a concern still.
