He communicated well and courteously and arrived on time. This review process by Sears Home Services, on the other hand, is annoyingly overdone, and I would have ignored it if Salvador's rating weren't at risk.

It was a horrible experience. We had 2 appointments that were either cancelled at the last minute or the tech didn't show up. It took 3 weeks for someone to come and fix our dryer. That combined with the fact you can never reach a human is extremely frustrating! Will be canceling our service agreement and looking elsewhere. Angel was very polite and fixed the dryer in about 15 minutes so kudos to him.
