I was miss diagnosed last Saturday, parts were ordered and new appointment, for installation was made. The fault was notated, a mistake. No problem, tech's took care of the over charges. Other than a week without a dryer, I didn't mind, because of the good service I received

Excellent and Prompt Service
I am very pleased with the selection of home appliance servicing by Sears! The service person was prompt, and not only effectively diagnosed the problem with the appliance, but was just as expeditious in ordering the replacement part. Sure enough the part arrived two days prior to the service appointment. This morning he installed the part and made my application fully functional again! He had a very pleasant demeanor!
