Maintenance Service
Excellent! During the inspection the technician offered to switch the doors of the fridge and freezer where they open on the opposite end into my kitchen verses opening to the wall. This will make working in the kitchen much easier.

Conrad is awesome!
He was on time and knew what to do to get my machine back up and running. He said that everything is done on the phone, and unfortunately for him, he didn't have the information that I had signed up for the Home Warranty Plan. That was not on his phone. Otherwise, I appreciate his knowledge and expertise. I hope that Sears appreciates Conrad as much as I did today!
