Dryer and washer
Keith showed me the temperatures that the dryer showed. Dryer is functionally well regarding the temperature. The washer --moved so it is balanced. Everything was on track. Passed the tests.

Wonderful Service
Mr Yee is very very smart and experienced. He came and found the problem in minutes. He fixed the issue with my refrigerator ice maker and it start working again. He was very neat and clean and didn't leave a mess. Well done buddy 👍👍.

Very patient and polite
I was very rushed and stressed this morning when Robert arrived at 8am. I had to leave for a long drive to the bay area, and my neighbor - handyman, who was supposed to be at my home at 8am, was late! Robert was calm (even when my dog jumped up to greet him😬), and we managed to have a quick but informational (for me) discussion about the problem and solution. Again, I appreciated his patience and knowledge about the problem.

Honest
Keith was open and honest about whether my old oven is fixable or not. It is a Creda oven (made in Britain), and Keith is probably right that they probably don't make the parts anymore. He was going to check into this anyway. Appreciate his efforts. He was very courteous and professional.
