Your tech, Madho was polite, professional, quite thorough. He pointed out our dryer needed cleaning, which I had not gotten to in a while and offered a good, reasonably priced service to take care of it.

Madho was able to locate us in our rural home at the end of a very hot day to repair the A/C in our guest quarters (important for weather that is breaking heat records daily). The A/C was built into the wall of our studio and had to be removed to be serviced. Although I helped get the unit out of the wall. it was Madho's expertise that finally got the small A/C unit back into working order. He was professional, friendly, undeterred by the heat and, ultimately, successful in repairing the A/C unit. We appreciate him and his determination to get the job done!

I was not happy with the lack of communication from Sears. not being able to talk with live people sucks. your A I wasn't really helpful. and from what I figured today, it seems that I could have had these repairs done at least a week earlier if someone would have called me'

Good service but took too long.
My complaint is with Sears policy and not with John, who was great. I knew something was not right when John said the problem with our washer was the water pump. The control panel was having issues for a while until it finally stopped working but he said they are only authorized to fix one issue at a time. If that issue doesn't resolve the problem they go on to the next issue. So, proceeding this way, we had to wait a week for the first part to come in. Then when he came by and replaced the water pump, of course it didn't resolve the issue and we had to wait another week for the control panel to come in. We did not have the use of our washer for almost a month. I'm afraid that this weird method of fixing things only benefits Sears and does not benefit the customer and just makes them wait longer.

1st tech Mohammad was profession and pleasant and diagnosed after removing ice from fan that if in 48 hrs ice was not filling up and ice cream in freezer was not hard, to call Sears Warranty again. On 7/30/24 Robert arrived @ 8:30am, was professional and answered questions, he diagnosed that compressor was fine (because original had been replaced) and added coolant. Robert said within 48 hrs ice cream should be hard. And call in again if not. Fingers crossed.
