Maria, was an amazing tech and she went above and beyond to help me! The problem was the sears home warranty company . They sent us to three different departments and none of the, provided any help! Maria spent an hour with Sears trying to get the model number of my stove, it had worn off during the 10 years of ownership. The on line / sear home warranty experience a very frustrating including get hung up on several times. Maria finally got me a discount code so that I did not get stuck paying for an unproductive diagnostic visit. Sear's you have to do better supporting customers after selling a warranty

5 Star service from Ambrocio
Great service. Ambrocio arrived at 8:30am (window 8-Noon). He identified the problem with the dryer, made the repair, and removed the dust. He kept me informed about what he was doing. I also appreciated the texts and emails from Sears Home Service which kept me updated. Excellent service from booking the appointment to repair to follow-up. Would recommend the company.

Keith was wonderful
The problem is after hours and hours with his back office poor keith came to our house with no information from his back office - they hadn't share a single thing (they'd had me working about an hour maybe an hour and a half on the phone - the reason they asked question after question after question via txt then they asked for pictures and pictures and pictures was so that Keith would arrive well informed) Keith was wonderful he was within his right to leave and just charge me the arrival fee but he was not heartless - who has money to waste??? Apparently sears wont give a recipe except via email but in that hour l was answering questions they took my email but didn't put it into the system to get a receipt An hour more to be told wait 24-72 hours Never sears home appliances because and only because of the back office. Keith should start his own business and cut the incompetent back office out of the loup
