Tech was Great Sears was not
After 2 appointments being canceled by sears. Who by the way sends you emails text messages at least 6 to make sure you will be there on the day of your appointment. They, Sears, canceled!! So it took 3 weeks to get my dryer fixed. Would not use them again!!
