Good person; broken system
First visit, excellent repair guy says I need igniter and spends 1 hour on smatphone trying to make it happen. Follow up appt, tech did not have igniter, and scheduled another F/u appt for 11/22. I tried for 2 hours to reach a service person on phone to assure igniter was ordered but only got phone tree and no humans. I was able to add short comment to 11/22 visit saying "dont come without igniter". Ambrocio arrived and said igniter had not been ordered. Anticipating this, I had purchased and received an igniter through Sears Parts, and Ambrocio quickly installed and tested igniter. Lesson? Make it easy for customers to contact a Sears human!!!

Maria, was an amazing tech and she went above and beyond to help me! The problem was the sears home warranty company . They sent us to three different departments and none of the, provided any help! Maria spent an hour with Sears trying to get the model number of my stove, it had worn off during the 10 years of ownership. The on line / sear home warranty experience a very frustrating including get hung up on several times. Maria finally got me a discount code so that I did not get stuck paying for an unproductive diagnostic visit. Sear's you have to do better supporting customers after selling a warranty
