All day Saturday
I spent all day waiting on a tech. Initially time was 8-11. Then changed to three different schedules during the day and a change in Techs. Not pleased. Tech was nice and knowledgeable. I have no problem with him.

Evaluation of Frig Door Failure
Enrique was pleasant, courteous , and explained that the parts were no longer available so they would begin the process of replacing the entire refrigerator. I told him that the timing of the replacement of the Refrigerator was "CRITICAL" because we had no other means of storing our perishable foods. He said he understood but could not control the process and left.
