Didn't inform me that, they don't take cash after I went to the ATM . When he called I told him that I needed to go and get cash from the ATM. He stated he missed that part of the conversation. In the future let your customers know when calling to set the appointment.

COOK TOP REPAIR
MATTHEW IS NICE PERSON, HOWEVER I DON'T THINK HE KNOW HOW TO WORK ON THE COOK TOP. PERSON WHO WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND KNEW WHAT TO DO WITH IT, IT WAS UNFORTUNATE PART THAT WAS SENT WAS PAD. HE ORDERED A NEW PART TO BE INSTALLED TODAY. TODAY SERVICEMAN DISMANTELLED THE OLD SWITCH & COULD NOT PROPERLY INSTALLED DUE TO SWITCH BEING SMALLER SIZE. COULD NOT STOP THE CIRCUT BREAKER TO TRIP. FROM 5 BURNERS WORKING TO COOKTOP CAN'T EVEN TURN ON IS GOING 10 STEPS BACKWORJ. PLEASE HELP

Though the Tech may be good the ENTIRE customer service BADD
No phone number to actually talk to a human to get things resolved. Just condescending apologies through the BOT peeps.
