Astute Diagnosis
Nolan identified the problem with my refrigerator immediately. The freezer door was sagging allowing air to enter. It was going to cost as much as a new refrigerator to fix it. This put me on the right track to fix it myself for under $2. I simply placed a few washers on the hinge to slightly lift the door. My freezer is now frost free.
