On 9/8/24 it was so easy to open a new claim and collected the deductible very quickly! The entire process only takes less than two to three minutes. After that the automated system sets the appointment on 9/9/24 for technician to come on Wednesday 9/11/24 between 8-12pm. We waited till 12pm no one came and call the office number provided but on automated. There was no solution from the robot! Called was no used?! It's terrible experience! Suddenly receiving the call center said no one was coming and rescheduled for Saturday morning 8-12pm. The customer service representative told me if problem come please call the same robot number. There is no life support person! It was totally dependent on luck? I was glad that Duan called 15 minutes before he arrived and figured out the problem. Over all the scheduling issues and customer service issues without a life person to help was awful. Scale for Sears Home Warranties customer service from 1-10. I would be happy to give -10.

Very knowledgeable and professional
As far as the tech is concerned, he is fine. I take issues with Sears because the system is very bad! There is no updates as to the estimated time the tech will be at my house. My appointment is from 8 to 12 , but the technician showed up after 1:15 PM! I could not talk to a customer service representative; everything is done by text. The company just wants to maximize profits and doesn't care about customers.
