Johnny is excellent. He has patience to explain the problems for customers. He even took one more step to teaching us ( seniors) how to maintain washer function better and keep washer no smells…..He is really a FIVE STAR technician!

Mark came really quickly, went right in there, got the job done. Very professional, reliable. Explained what the problem was which was a mjor relief for me.
