The repair of my washing machine-dryer was excellent. The washer dryer which is now about 20 years old is working very well. Sears service was excellent.

Even though it was a huge pain with getting appointment times through Sears (and no place to lodge a complaint!) Manuel was personable and knowledgeable. He got my old oven working again when I'd been worried it wouldn't bake again! Highly recommend this technician.
