A/C still not fixed, pls help, we know it's it Edwin
The technician showed up with the wrong part for our carrier AC air conditioner. The initial technician, Christopher. told Choice that that was the wrong part, so here we are again no air with a 24 or 48 hour return notice. Please help us get our AC fixed please, we're begging you. Our home is still uncomfortable hot🔥😞

Poor service- never come back!
The tech didn't want to listen to the reason he was dispatched. Kept arguing with me, told me my LG washer was crap, told me I was lying about the hose attached to the washer which came with the washer. Did absolutely NO actual troubleshooting. Serious waste of my time. Had to request another tech to come out and do actual work.

Horrible service
He was here 5 mins and said my dryer could not be fixex that I needed a new one. He didn't even look or open it to see if maybe there was something loss in the dryer after his last visit, he said he didn't make mistakes.

No Ice
Does he even know how an ice maker should work!!! He has been here 3 or 4 times now….. I've spent close to $400 for diagnostic and new ice maker and still NOT ONE ICE CUBE…..what has happened to good reliable capable Technicians!!!! Also, to top it off …. In my 1pm to 5 window , he comes at 5:30…. Half the day wasted
