He came in checked the unit as well as the unit in the attic. I would recommend sending people with less body weights for that are in the attic as it could not get a proper evaluation does he could not get close to the unit. I would love for somebody slimmer to come out so can get in there and really evaluate.

I would have given him 4 stars, however, he parked on the street partially blocking my neighbor's drive. When I asked him to move forward, he refused. This is a sign of poor customer service to me. Although his work was good.

No air circulation
The freezer part is all frosted up. There are no products inside. The refrigerator part is fogged up as well. It looks like the internal fan is shot off and the air is not circulating. After the technician left, it took 8 hours for the refrigerator to cool to 40F. Now, I have to make a new service request and wait 'till Monday. That's two weeks without storing products for consumption.

Refrigerator malfunction
My freezer was not working before now that parts were changed it's even worse now all the refrigerator it starting to malfunction. I'm not happy with the service and to get a technician to come to my house it takes a very long time. Not happy with the warranty I am paying.

Could not diagnose problem correctly, wanted to sell me a transition when all I needed was a drive belt replacement. Was rude and short.

No service done at all
If I can give no stars I would. This is the 6th time and they still haven't repaired my refrigerator. Really bad device and bad experience. The fridge still not working at all.

Terrible
This company is terrible in every way. Long wait times when calling. Unfriendly customer service. Last tech never installed all parts ordered. He just took it with him and told my it's fixed you don't need the part. The freezer is not fixed and he is an idiot.

Francisco came and said we would not be charged for labor Afters second visit from another technician in which we have spent over six hundred dollars on repairs and the washing machine still doesn't work.

Technician
The technician came to repair my washing machine he replaced the pump and still doesn't work.I took off work to with no pay now a technician has to come back another day very poor service.
