We have Sears warranty insurance for many years. We are very happy with Sears service all these years and we will never replace it! All the technicians who were here all those years were great and Juan is one of them as well. He came on time, was very efficient and knowledgeable and did a great job! Thank you VERY MUCH.

I would like to give Juan 10 stars for solving and repairing my front load washer.
