Dryer Repair
Juan provided a great service. He arrived at the beginning of the estimated time period and diagnosed the problem quickly. He indicated that the dryer was repairable and provided a reasonable estimate on the repair. He fixed the issue efficiently and thoroughly, and suggested some actions to prevent the issue from happening again (buying a lint brush). His demeanor was professional and friendly. I am thankful that Juan was the technician that addressed our problem.
