Bernard is the best
To be honest, we had a horrible experience with Sears Home Repair. Appointments were cancelled at the last minute and then the earliest day they could give us would be a week later. The first repairman neglected to order the repair part. HOWEVER, Bernardo was terrific. He was the only person who actually knew what he was doing and seemed genuinely concerned about us. He even came by after his shift ended to make sure the repair was done. Not crazy about Sears but cant recommend Benardo highly enough

He was a technician with good experience at his job it seemed , hopefully my fridge will work for a long time after he fixed the problem thank you. He even noticed the problem the other two technicians hadn't seen or fixed that came prior to him .
