Juan was great told us about garbage disposal problem right away! After having 3 sears tech come and didn't say anything other that they don't work on them. Hope service dept calls when replacement comes ! !

HE CERTAINLY WAS POLITE, AND VERY NICE. ON TOP OF THAT HE TOOK CARE OF THE APPLIANCES VERY WELL. I WAS VERY PLEASED AND RELIEVED THAT HE WAS SO KNOWLEDGABLE.
