Washing machine
Frank N was the technician he didn't know how to work on my washing machine. Said it needed a new timer and instead of easily unscrewing knob he stuck a knife like object and tried forcing the knob off which then broke the knob said it can't be fixed and closed the order . Very rude and unprofessional . He also forged my signature on paperwork.

Lousy technician did order part the first time had to wait additional 2 weeks Ask me an 60 old women to remove stack dryer and washer before he returned. second time .call service promised they would send 2 technician didn't. NOT HAPPY WITH SEARS WARRANTY
