Ok it was ok i like it it's good a little bit

Issac was very nice.
Our quoted service time was 10a-2p but we did not get service until 530p. The only thing that made this acceptable is that Issac communicated with me throughout the day. He kept constant contact with me about his arrival time and that was appreciated. Once he arrived he knocked out the repair in no time. Thanks Issac.

Still making noise/ agitator
The agitator was fixed but the machine still tries to agitate when filling up with water.

Review
Overall service was wonderful and efficient. However, No notification was ever sent the day prior - we received a call 15min before arrival, which was ridiculous- but grateful that our machine was fixed after waiting for a month and luckily my husband works from home otherwise we would've had to reschedule. It was stated that we've never washed our machine and I wash my machine with tablets once a month on the clean cycle as directed. I don't know of any other protocol of how to wash a washing machine, which seems like an oxymoron . I've also called for the maintenance that the company offers, so maybe they're not cleaning it properly if the technician thinks that it's not clean and the company isn't doing their job in maintaining it when I call for the service. Maybe cleaning it should be part of the service if it's not already . We also have a family of seven and do a lot of laundry weekly. Therefore, a judgment shouldn't be made that we never wash the machine based on the amount of laundry we have as a family. My kids are in sports and they carry dirt on all of their clothing and that is a weekly wash of dirt. One week of washing clothing and bedding could look like we haven't washed it in months due to the large capacity of loads that we have compared to a smaller family. I appreciate your efficiency today, however as a sears company for repair and parts and timely service it has been horrible since 3rd party repair companies have been contracted.

Excellent service
Manuel was professional, knowledgeable and highly skilled. He repaired my dishwasher on a very short time line; set firm appointment times and kept them; very personable and made the repair service a surprisingly good experience.

Unreliable Tech
As I was looking at how he uncarefully removed the dispenser cover of my ref, he broke the clip that was holding it back. He installed the cover correctly but wiggly. He assured me that the part that he broke will be replaced. He faked an order for the broken and schedule for repair and replacement. After he left, I received a closed and completed service order. Called Sears Home Service, no order, no schedule was made. Elijah A is not a trusty technician. I wasn't happy at all.

24 hours and just a pinch of ice
The ice dispenser is not working, it doesn't make the sound when dispensing ice. I had to literally open the door and grab that little ice from its cage.

Poor
Tech didn't fix the problem all he did was vacuum the dust on the back of refrigerator and told us wait 4 hours for the refrigerator to work, I told him the problem and never took apart to see the problem now my food is gone to waste.
