New what he was doing and found the problem quickly. Plus he had the part in his truck and installed it. Thank you Chris now I can dry my clothes.

Sloan did excellent job but the only request or may be the training needed by all technicians is to have booty while entering home or at least ask for courtesy if shows are ok or not. We don't take shoes inside the home and it bothers me if someone wearing shoes inside home.
