Stove Repair
Michael has done an excellent job every time he has serviced an appliance of ours. He always goes above and beyond whenever he is working on an appliance. I know the job will be done right, when Michael shows up. He has serviced our appliances since, 2012 when we lived on Venezia Street in Los Banos. Now he is servicing our appliances in our new home on Fritz Drive.

Rafi diagnosed an issue with 2 stovetop valves. Although the age and cost of the repair made any further investment in the range unwise, his advice and knowledge made the cost of the service call worthwhile.

Sears very bad support.
Sears tech was good but the time delay of July 19 to August 13 for parts to repair my refrigerator is unacceptable. No working refrigerator for almost a month is so very bad I don't recommend giving Sears any business.
