Great fix
Juan made a call introducing himself, that he would be working on replacing a part and he was on way. Upon arrival he reintroduce himself and requested the part mailed to my address and went to work. During this time he shared that he was familiar with my neighborhood since he grew up on this block. He is very personable young man and great at his job. I thought the part would go inside the freezer but informed me that it went in the back of the refrigerator. I just felt comfortable with him.
