Juan was great! Calm & helped with my issue. F.Y.I.- You need to go back to the old system- Where your service people can see who is next and let that person know of the time they may be arriving- An hour+ for my between times is Unacceptable! I change an appointment for your services, then had to change again because of the added time I waited. Plus, it puts your service people in a uncomfortable place!

Great techs Bad customer service!!!
Edwin was wonderful. However the execution of setting this apt was a #1 awful! I set up an apt for 8am to 12noon. I was supose to get the time 24 hours ahead. Instead i got the time at 7am on the day of my apt and instead of being between 8am and 12noon it was set for 2pm to 3:30pm. For life of me i could not reach a person to confirm the time. The audimated service wanted my cc number for a warranty i had paid for. Last year the service was fantastic. This time it was a disaster an F!!! Very disappointing!! Fortunately your techs are great. Get your act together!!!
