Technician for Refrigerator
Our technician was our second technician. He was very professional, he called before he came & once here he explained everything he was about to do. He told us to give the refrigerator 24 hours to cool. Unfortunately the refrigerator has not cooled enough for food. So I need to now schedule a third technician. Victor G gets 5 stars but Sears Warranty Service at the moment is getting 1 star because it's so frustrating trying to now schedule someone else to come. It's now been 2 weeks without a refrigerator.
