Arrived on time. Having had a Sears Virtual Appliance Diagnostic (SPHW/PA) - R with Holmes, Richard A, who ordered the needed parts, Victor was able to complete the repair in about 20 minutes. Started working on this repair exactly 2 months ago, it is nice to say that the job is complete. Victor was extremely professional.
