Rapid Mantech
Sears services Tech Mychael, is a real professional and quick to diagnose the issue with my Kenmore Washing Machine. Turns out there are 3 instead of the one I called for, spin cycle is loud as if metal rubbing metal. Large parts replacement ordered and a return appt has been scheduled.
