Rodolfo was very unprofessional did not want to clean out my dryer or adjust the door hinges to ensure my dryer is working properly…..his response to everything and I quote was "I should just buy a new one"….this service is and was unacceptable i am paying for a service and did not need those negative comments

Washing Machine
I was very disappointed, with the technician, he refused to replace the parts. He didn't even open it, or look out the wacher machine. I told him open it up and look out, and told me, you are not my boss, he turn around and left. My wife needed real bad the watching mach. Get fix. I have to open it by my self, and order the parts thru Apppliance Pro Parts.

Horrible
I could have done better than he did. I had to ask him if he was looking at the unit as a whole. If I hadn't (even then I checked more efficiently) than he did. All he said was keep an eye on it and wasn't even going to check the back. When he did check the back he didn't even vacuum the filter. So disappointed.
