Replace ignitor for oven/broiler of Kenmore Gas Range
After receiving the part and making at least 4 different appointments for the repair, Isaiah finally came today to complete the repair. He is friendly and competent but I really wish there was a "human" that I could contact rather than automation. Because of the automation there was at least a 10 day delay.

Unsure what the request is here
Didn't provide details prior to repairing washer machine door lock. Had to ask what was wrong and what repair was completed when he only spoke to ask me for signature. When he arrived he only stayed was here for washer repair. No introduction provided or Id provide for security purposes. Was NOT rude or anything of the sort, just not communicative maybe he's shy, however, key part of customer service is communicating. In NO way shape or form is this to get him (No name provided) in trouble.

Tech came wednesday 16th . Said in 48 hours it would be cold and working. Today is saturday 20th and the fridge is still hot 🔥😅 He replaced 3 parts in which one was the condenser. I'm not happy because it took about 2 months to receive these 3 parts and still no fridge.

Sears Protection Agreements
This is not the tech. who came to my home. It was the same tech as before. He came and spend about 30 minutes installing a part. He didn't test it before leaving, just said your washers fixed have a blessed day and left. Well I was so excited I put in a load and guess what, the washer still doesn't spin or drain. This is ridiculous, it's been a month. What's going on with Sears, I need my washer FIXED, what about my Protection Agreement that Sears encourages you to purchase , what good does it do? I wonder what Consumer Affairs would say. About Sears not standing by their Agreements?
