Thought pushing a reset button would fix the problem, but fridge was not working within 2 hours of him leaving. When I called him and Sears, I had to make new appointment and placed in the in back of the line. Paid to have another repair man come to my house who properly diagnosed and fixed my fridge.

He tried to twist what i told him and refused to listen when i was clarifying what I meant. I threw him out because he was giving me a heart attack. He only wanted to listen to himself. Argued with me when i was trying to explain. Lazy

Did no work, damaged refrigerator door

This is the second time this tech was sent out. First time he slammed fridge door into counter, causing a dent. My complaint to sears went unanswered. This time he simply said we were not closing the door correctly and did not check the back of the fridge. We pulled it out to demonstrate lint build up on coils, water in tray and damage to back wall due to moisture. He did nothing until we suggested he clean out the dust and check the water tray. His truck does not dissplay the Sears logo, do not allow him to work on any of your appliances.
