Dryer
After 6 appointments my dryer is finally fixed. Jose came 4 times. Phillip came and ordered parts and then came back to put them in. This was my first time with Leonardo. I give Phillip and Leonardo a 5 because now my dryer is fixed. I really credit Phillip for fixing it because he ordered the parts and was back there with Leonardo putting them in.

7 Service Calls Later
After 7 service calls from 3 different technicians and pricing quotes from each of them (showing we signed and agreed to the quotes and we didn't!), Matson finally repaired our 6 year old refrigerator. We still don't know how much we paid for the repairs and this was the second major repair. We have spent more on repairs in 6 years than the cost of the refrigerator! We would not invite any of the 3 technicians back into our home. The technicians were angry, unkept and sometimes rude. This experience was just plain awful! I asked for a phone number for a supervisor and was given an '800' number that was another recording for 'mattress' support and it was nothing more than another recorded message. Unacceptable service! As a result, we will never purchase another Sears appliance nor will we call Sears for any repairs, although our washer, dryer, stand-alone freezer and additional refrigerator are Kenmore products. This is NOT the Sears we counted on for years!

Freezer temperature too high, not resolved!!!!!
As I start writing this review I opened the refrigerator requiring service, the temperature shows 23 degrees for freezer and 42 degrees for fridge. You can absolutely improve your repair servicing by assigning skilled repair technicians to your customers. Norberto told me that he reset the freezer temperature to zero degrees but never ever got to zero when he reset on August 11 and today August 14 he told me it's normal for temperatures to rise. But it's not normal for freezer to go up to double digit degrees which reads 23 degrees. He didn't examine the top compartment that house the compressor, inverter, evaporator, he just listened!!! Our call for service was not resolved being temperature of freezer is too high!!!!! Zero star if I could !!!!!
