Jesse was prompt, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. My washer broke Thursday night and was repaired by Monday afternoon. I'm certain it would've been Friday if I'd scheduled it. I was unsure about using Sears appliance repair services, but I'm so glad I did and Sears will definitely be my go to in the future. The system for appointment scheduling and chat made everything quick and simple, especially after hours.
