Incompetent technician with no a/c skills to service my a/c
This technician was here on my property on July 21, 2023. He noted the a/c unit needed refrigerant. He came back 8 days later with the refrigerant. Your a/c service is the worst. It has taken almost 30 days for you to service this unit and it is still inoperable. This technician spell of NICOTINE. I have informed you of this on another occasion yet you continually send him out. You (Sears Home Warranty) (Cinch) need to fix this problem. Please inform Ronald that there is more to an a/c unit other than the outdoor fan moving parts. If there is no air flowing inside the structure and through the vents inside the structure there is no air conditioning. The fact that he kicked the unit on the outside and started the fan to move did not repair the unit.
