Technician called and said his truck broke down and he would not make it. Only asked me to check fuse box and make sure fuse had not been tripped, which it hadn't. After that he told my wife that Sears does not work on our brand of furnace.

Extremely unprofessional

Firstly Carlos was extremely delayed, was supposed to come between 1-5 pm, but at 5 we received a call from him stating that he is in Highland and will come later. He arrived at 5:55pm. He not only wasted our time, but also before starting his inspection he was forcing us to sign paper work that he did not let us read. He just stated that it says he is not liable for any damages to floor, cabinet or fridge when he is repairing. We did not sign as we were not given the chance to read the document. He then did NOT do his inspection/repair and left premises.

Cancelled one hour after set appointment Waited all morning for him. This is our vacation home, we came up two hours drive for this appointment. Very dissatisfied.

Martin was very unpleasant and rude. He did not fix the problem. He refused to wear a mask when I asked him to and threatened to leave 3 times. No person to person skills.
