Muhammad was very knowledgeable and helpful today. Unfortunately the part we need is no longer supplied but we will find one online & install it ourselves. We were hoping we might be able to find the part anyway. We were only charged the diagnostic charge we were prepared to pay regardless today. Thank you!

Ron the tech did an excellent job. However, through our home warranty, Sears' scheduling is horrible. Two no shows each waiting most of the 4 hour window. Then on the third scheduled day, arrived just after the 4 hour window. Should be better communication given my time as the customer is also valuable. Sears seems more interested in auto scheduling and efficiency on their part at the expense of my time.
