Gary is an awesome tech. Fast friendly and did a great job. As for the rest of your service, IT IS AWFUL. Your call centers are beyond terrible and not helpful. My appointment was canceled because you said I did not receive the parts. I had the parts. I tried to explain this to you on multiple occasions. Only because I called almost every day is my fridge fixed. You mysteriously found the parts you said I didn't have after I demanded a new fridge since you would not fix the one I have. The third box of parts you sent was a repeat of what I already had. I will be canceling my service due to your call centers and lack of help. NOT due to your great technician. You have caused me great headaches and stress.

Good Service by Technician Total Fail by Parts Dept
I got several emails and texts telling me that the parts that were ordered by the first technician who came over a month ago were finally in. After those scheduled appointments were cancelled and rescheduled due to delay in receiving parts, Kenny came over today to discover that the parts order was incomplete. I had him cancel the order and if/when the freezer has further issues, I'll buy another one. Probably from your competitor. Your automated system leaves much to be desired.
