The technician can't fix my refrigerator aafter times trying to fix it! I'm overwhelmed! I got my home owners insurance thinking my appliances will be fix but it is no happening

Although JAMES, that second technician did a great job getting the parts, scheduling the appointment and installing the parts as promised everything prior to JAMES was a disaster. The master Protection Plan said all parts would come to the house and service would be done in one day that did not happen. The Protection Plan back office did not fulfill their promises. The first technician was absolutely terrible. He dropped the ball and we had to wait another two weeks for JAMES to complete the job correctly. Again, JAMES was great, but the service provided by the Protection Plan was haphazard and did not fulfill its promises, And it took three trips to complete the service order as promised in one service.

This was the 3rd time having someone come out for the same issue with my range. Each one said they couldn’t find the serial number and seemed to have no clue how to proceed. It’s an older model electric range, which I indicated when I filed the claim. It needs to be replaced, 3 out of the 4 burners do not work. The 1st and 3 rd guy who came out, both said it needed to be replaced and they would notify the insurance company. I don’t know why they keep sending out more service technicians when they already diagnosed the problem. My one star is not for any of the technicians who came out, but is due to the lack of service.

We've had many many many service calls for this same refrigerator. Most due to ice build-up, however this last service call on June 3rd 2024 was due to a function failure. The technician Norberto stated he had to order the fan, but unfortunately he never ordered the fan and never documented notes on the service call or service order. We we're waiting for a part to be delivered but nothing came in the mail and no call from sears, service supervisor or manager. We called sears to get status and turned out no current order for service. No notes from last order technician Norberto stated in his notes the refrigerator was ok... Still, the technician charged the warranty or benefit $165.00? Why?? If it's working you still charged? We ate at the point of hiring an attorney...there appears fraudulent activity from Sears and Sears benefits department. We are very unhappy with Sears and Sears technicians...Maybe this is why Sears is out of business. So very disappointed overall.

I can not believe this is a service person. He arrives late, He tells me he has booties in the van but walks into my home with out them, take a look at this new range, see's the error and says I will call to find out the issue and someone will call you back and leaves. This is Serivce? Here maybe 5 minutes, rude and just wanted to leave and not address the issue. No call backs, nothing. Someone should call me about this.
