Great Service
The tech quickly determined the source of the problem and replaced the broken part. He then performed a diagnostic run of the dishwasher and found it was leaking water from the motor. He ordered the needed replacement part, contacted a colleague, asked him to pick it up and deliver it to us that day. The tech returned the next day and promptly replaced the part. He is commended for not only addressing and solving the original problem, but also finding a serious issue, and fixing it, although he could have simply ignored it and left. Many thanks.
