Tech was great in every way.
See title above as it says it all. He was even able to perform the yearly maintenance on my oven, in addition to the dishwasher. I say this because your call-center, in addition to having a difficult time communicating because of their pronounced accents, not only would their computer file not allow them to make appointments for both appliances, which I have done for years in the past, but they refused to put me through to a supervisor. Both of those appliances were on the same master agreement and have had their yearly maintenance performed at the same time each year. My conversation with your call/appointment department was beyond frustrating. But your tech made up for it by calling with an arrival time frame, showing up when promised, and performing maintenance, and then notifying me of being able to include the oven in this "One" Service call, instead of me having to call back in November to schedule the ovens maintenance service call. Give this Tech a raise.
