Sears Service is the best
Tran has come out several times over the past few years and he is always extremely experienced at what he does, and I keep Sears because of service men like Tran who are trustworthy, experienced, and always polite.

Repair Service
Unfortunately, service was ordered for the wrong appliance. It should have been my Refrigerator not my washing machine. As Roger could not perform any service on my Refrigerator, he did order parts needed to repair my REFRIGERATOR and scheduled a return appointment to repair the refrigerator. I appreciate that he told me he was unable to complete any service at this time and did schedule a return appointment to repair my Refrigerator…. Thank you

Victor Provides Excellent Care
Victor provided excellent service on my freezer that needed a new starter. He was very thorough with his work and provided very helpful advice. I bought an annual plan and he left my appliances in top notch working order - dishwasher, washer, and dryer by cleaning things out with grest care. I am grateful Victor was my technician.
