José was very knowledgeable about my washing machine and explained how it works better than I ever knew. He was on time and did the maintenance requested . I’d ask for Jose if needing service again.

Umberto is the most professional and efficient technician I have ever had in my home. Not only is he knowledgeable in all his setvice, but he also takes the time to explain exactly the problem even showing videos. A technician like umberto will give Sears service a great reputation. He should be rewarded accordingly for giving Sears service this reputation
