Victor is professional, efficient, knowledgeable, expert, and friendly. He is proficient with multiple appliances across multiple brands. This is the second time he has addressed our (separate) issues and both times he diagnosed the problems quickly and accurately. We feel we were lucky that he was our assigned technician. We were very satisfied with the outcome!
